We had an existing central vac & needed an additional outlet installed. They were able to install a new outlet w/a retractable hose that stores in the wall & quickly pulls out when needed. They are extremely knowledgeable and have great pricing. Their work looks great! They’re clearly the only central vac company to use! The owner is so nice, always answers calls & texts & he personally comes out to walk you through all your options. We’ve been doing a big remodel using lots of contractors from various fields & he was one of the best we used! 5 stars all day!!!!

We were the General contractor on a re-construction job and the homeowner wanted a central vac system installed. The first company I had look at it said “it can’t be done”. I wouldn’t accept that so I searched the web, found KY Vacs and had Serge’s company come out to look at the job. Serge said the difficulty level was high, but he would accept the challenge. He worked hard, got the job done and did it with a smile! I 100% recommend him for any of your central vac needs. He has a positive attitude, solution oriented, family friendly and very knowledgeable about his trade. He did everything he said he would do. We’re very happy we found him.

Really a good experience. Bought the house a year ago. We weren't sure it even worked. He checked the entire system, made a couple small repairs. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and listened to all our questions.We will call him again for sure should the need arise.
